An 11-year-old boy was in his house, typing on the computer (he was writing a story). All of a sudden, and owl flew through the kitchen window (which was were he was sitting). The owl flew up to him and dropped the letter on the keyboard.
The boy grabbed it and opened it up. He read and looked confused while at the same time excited.

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment.
Term begins on September 1. We await your owl by no later than July 31.

Kyle kept staring at the letter. He was amazed and excited at the same time.
"Dad?" Kyle asked.
"Yeah?" Time Nichols asked back.
"What's this?" Kyle asked.

She had recieved the same letter.
"Whoa..." she said under her breath. "M-mom!!!!!!!!"
"Yes honey?" she asked, walking up to her daughter. Screaming, she saw the owl on the table. McKenzie handed her mom the letter, and an hour later, they were driving on their way to the airport.

Next to them was Kyle's family. He turned his head to see McKenzie in her car. She was looking at a scroll of parchment just like the one the owl gave him. HE thought a moment, then shrugged. He looked bcak at his parents.
"Mom?" Kyle asked.
"Yes?" Mrs.Nichols asked.
"Which one of you was wizard-born?" Kyle asked.
"Me," Mrs.Nichols said. "We both went to Hogwarts, though."

Looking up, McKenzie looked to see Kyle and his parents in the car next to them, she smiled and waved before turning back to the scroll.
"Who was a wizard or witch mom?" she asked.
"Your father." she replied.
"Oh,"
Soon they were at the train station, having gotten all of her supplies, McKenzie boarded the train after saying long goodbyes to her mother. Dragging her carry on with her, she held the cat close that her mother had gotten her. It was pure white with blue eyes and a black heart on its forehead.

Kyle walked through the train in his new robes. He peered into a compartment to his left to see the girl he saw earlier. He opened the compartment door and walked in.
"Hi, is their any room in this compartment?" Kyle asked.

Then, a boy with spiky brown hair and blonde highlights on the tips came in.
"Hey! I'm Austin!" he said. (lol!!! Poor little old me... surrounded by boys... xD!!!)

He smiled and sat down. McKenzie sighed and scooted over, closer to the window, looking outside. The train gave a heave and started moving. She pushed a strand of curly brown hair back from her face and tucked it behind her ear.

The door slid open, again, and a girl with short brown hair walked in, a boy also in tow.
"May we sit here?" she asked with a smiled. "My name is Kylie and this is my cousin Scott."
(Kylie is from school and Scott is a made-up! XD lol!)
