She smiled some. Still staring out over the water, Nala prayed that they find her brother soon. But, what came next was not something they expected. The raft gave a big jolt. Nala gasped, the water surrounding them splashing into her face.

Sora swam up to Nala and held her tight. Kairi saw and did the same with Elyk and Riku.

She held tight to Sora.
"Wh-what was that?" she asked shakily.

Sora shrugged. He and Kairi swan to where the raft just was.
"We've been ambushed!" Elyk exclaimed.

Nala tried her best to follow, but something grabbed at her leg. Crying out, she lost her grip on Sora and began to go under.

Sora swam under and grabbed onto Nala, punching the guy in the process.

She gasped as some of the salt water filled her lungs. It burned.

Sora didn't know what to do. HE grabbed a wooden sword that was resting on top of a reef and slashed the ambusher.

Riku joined in and Sora and Riku started slashing at the anmbusher non-stop.
